WWT-400D 1/2"-4" Dual pipe freeze kits are designed for use with liquid carbon dioxide to freeze stationary water or fluids in pipeline systems. Liquid carbon dioxide or C02 has a very low temperature of -109 deg. F or -78 deg C. which is used to produce a solid freeze plug inside of the pipeline. Our dual pipe freeze kits can be used on Steel, copper, iron or plastic pipes. We offer dual sets of jackets and hoses  in our dual kits for performing two sets of pipe freezes at the same time. This is generally performed when you need to replace an old or broken valve or a problem section of pipeline in your system and have no way of isolating the valve or problem area.

Our small jacket performs 1/2"-1" pipe freezes, our medium jacket performs 1"-2" pipeline freezes and out large jacket performs 3"-4" pipe freezes. We provide detailed instructions and estimated freeze times to help you in estimating how much liquid C02 you will need for your job. In the kit we also provide safety glasses, carry bag,and a set of gloves for your protection and safety when handling the frozen jackets. We do not provide the siphon liquid C02 tanks, these can be picked up any welding equipment supply house or gas supply company.
